You will be responsible for the installation, programming, and maintenance of electrical systems and components on construction sites. The role demands strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership skills to guide on-site teams — all while following German safety and quality standards.
Educational Qualifications:
- 2-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or
- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certification, or
- Graduation in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with valid documentation.
- Experience in installing and programming electrical systems, communication equipment, and automation systems.
- Ability to follow production plans, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to install systems effectively.
- Proficiency in using electrical measurement tools and documentation.
- Familiarity with manufacturer specifications and handbooks (in English).

- Language: Proficiency in German (A2 level)
Desirable Additional Skills:
- Experience working on construction sites, especially building installation projects.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing on-site teams.
